The direct contact system is now available with our Classic slalom hardshell!

The Direct contact binding system kit allows the hardshell to be directly in contact with the ski. The ski flex, especially torsional, is not constrained by a plate. It improves the connection, responsiveness, and also feeling of the skier. A 3M Transparent film is included to protect the ski.
The release mechanism 930 DC is screwed in the inserts of the ski thanks to a new design set-up. The arm’s connecting points are located 3mm lower to compensate for the thickness of the plate so the mechanism locks and works the exact same way as before.
The new DC front toe cup is also screwed directly in the inserts of the ski. The new shape of the toe cup is more aero and hydrodynamic than the standard version with the plate. Inside the front toe cup there is an anti-slick and anti-vibration rubber used in the aerospace industry. This rubber will be in contact with the boot to improve the connection and the experience of skiing.
