• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Support Page with your order number, purchase date, and name on the order.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made for store credit or a replacement item within 10 days.
• In case of an exchange, we will cover both return shipping and replacement shipping, no additional cost to you!

Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you request a refund, we will deduct:

• The original shipping cost (depending on the country of delivery), and
• The same amount again to cover part of the return shipping.
