SPECS & DETAILS
Classic Hardshell Boot
- The Classic hardshell provides a secure and supportive fit, helping you stay connected to your skis while maintaining the control and freedom of movement required for trick skiing.
- Lightweight, durable, and customizable with different buckle and base options, it is designed to provide the confidence, comfort, and stability needed for both progression and high-level performance.
The 930 Release Mechanism
- The latest 930 release mechanism features stainless steel arms and springs for improved strength and durability.
- The release arms have been redesigned with a more vertical shape, creating a stable connection between the heel of the boot and the plate. This design is particularly useful for skiers who position the big toe of their rear foot close to the heel of the front shell.
- The mechanism is engineered to provide a controlled release and consistent performance across a wide range of skiing conditions.
- Stainless steel offers greater resistance to salt and brackish water, but regular cleaning and maintenance remain essential when the mechanism is used in these environments.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
G10 Plates
- The Classic Trick setup is built on lightweight and durable G10 plates.
- G10 offers excellent stiffness, strength, and impact resistance, providing the stable and reliable platform needed for flips, turns, and high-intensity trick sessions.
- Its rigidity creates a direct connection between the hardshell and the ski, helping improve control, precision, and power transfer.
Carbon U-Base and U-Sole Options
Choose between our Carbon U-Base and U-Sole options to adjust the feel and responsiveness of your setup.
- Carbon U-Base: increases lateral stiffness for improved ski control while maintaining flexibility through the upper part of the boot.
- U-Sole: completely flattens the sole of the hardshell, creating a more direct connection between the cuff and the ski for increased precision, responsiveness, and power transfer.
Toe Retention Options
The Classic Trick Binding is available with two toe retention systems.
Original Stainless Steel Toe Bar
Our original SS toe bar provides the familiar Classic feel that many Reflex skiers know and trust.
New Protective-Coated Stainless Steel Toe Loop
- The Classic Trick setup is now also available with our new stainless steel toe loop featuring a durable protective coating.
- Its lower-profile design keeps the boot closer to the plate, helping improve boot retention, responsiveness, stability, and precision.
- The new mounting geometry positions the toe loop closer to the ski inserts, reducing leverage and improving load transfer. This is especially beneficial for size 10 and 12 bindings used on skis equipped with only six inserts, where it helps reduce the cantilever effect.
- The protective coating greatly reduces rubbing between the toe loop and the hardshell, helping limit wear and maintain a consistent fit over time.
Buckle Options
- The Classic hardshell comes equipped with micrometric buckles, allowing you to adjust the fit precisely and securely.
- Aluminum buckles are also available for skiers who prefer a more consistent tightening feel. They can be repositioned on the shell to better accommodate narrower ankles or specific fitting requirements.
